Adrian Workman is a seasoned counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and young people aged 13–24. Known for his ability to quickly build trust and rapport, Adrian brings a sharp curiosity to each session, helping clients unlock key insights and explore new pathways for change.

Adrian’s counselling style is warm, empathetic, and highly adaptive. His integrated approach allows him to meet clients where they are — whether that means offering practical tools for daily living, or working deeply through complex emotional issues.
